The community has achieved a strong initial lease-up, validating demand for high-quality, middle-market senior housing. Phase I established a clinically informed, service-enriched foundation with assisted living, a memory care household, and a dedicated sub-acute pod.
Building on this platform, Phase II will introduce 62 independent living apartments alongside 73 build-to-rent townhomes within the surrounding neighborhood—expanding the continuum of care while delivering attainable housing options that support aging in place and long-term asset performance. A Vitality Spa is planned as a central amenity, extending wellness services to both residents and the broader community.
Wellness and performance remain central to the Timberley model. Phase I integrated evidence-based features including advanced air purification, circadian-supportive lighting, and fall-reduction strategies.
